Tons of shopping, restaurants, bars, water sports rentals, dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. 15 minutes south you'll find Johns Pass, a large marina with shopping and dining complex.

In Indian rocks you can enjoy fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill or casual eateries like Keegan's and Guppy's, all just minutes from your vacation home.

Guests use golf cart, pool, dock and water toys at their own risk. (City Noise Ordinance from 10pm to 8am, No Music or loud noise between hours of 10pm and 8am)

* 1 Camera is located on the outside of the home, directed at the golf cart. This is only used to keep an eye on the golf cart when the property is not occupied** There is also a noise decibel reader on the back patio, to make sure there is no noise disturbances after 10pm, per city ordinances. *
